These Terms and Conditions, personally written by us, govern all orders, deliveries, warranties, and business dealings. By placing an order or accepting our products or services, you agree to these Terms, reflecting how we operate and the trust we place in you.

We specialise in high-quality pet ID tags, laser engraving machines, stands, accessories, and ongoing support. While product images and descriptions are accurate, slight variations may occur. Our laser engravers typically complete jobs within 20 seconds, depending on design complexity. We provide guidance and updates to help you maximise your machine's potential.

Order accuracy is essential. Once an order is placed or a purchase option chosen, your commitment is binding. Changes or cancellations require our written approval. Full payment is required before dispatch for engraving machines and starter kits. Restocking tag orders must be settled within 30 days of invoice. We expect honesty from our clients and ask that you do not open multiple accounts or seek offers through alternate identities.

Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 2–3 working days; international shipping will take longer, with estimates available upon request. Orders of 10 or more packs of 5 tags and or £50+ often qualify for free delivery, subject to location and timing. If delivery issues arise, contact us immediately so we can assist.

We offer a 5-year warranty on our engraving machines, confident in their durability when properly maintained. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damage from misuse, neglect, physical force, unauthorised repairs, or environmental factors. Promptly report any issues to avoid further complications. We are committed to supporting you throughout the warranty period.

Please treat all tags, stands, and accessories with care. Damage caused by mishandling or neglect is not covered by us. Our relationship is built on mutual trust—we want to see you succeed and are here to support you fully, provided you honour your commitments.

Prices reflect current market conditions at order time. Should currency fluctuations, new duties, factory price changes, or government regulations affect costs, prices may be adjusted accordingly at delivery. We will communicate transparently should this occur.

While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot accept liability for indirect losses, delays beyond our control, or issues arising from misuse or inaccurate information. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.

All intellectual property, including branding, logos, materials, software, and designs, remain the sole property of PetsRFamily and may not be copied or used without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction. By ordering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
